Please, let’s not forget, that Chris Brown beat his girlfriend so hard she had to go to hospital. He did that, and now he is performing at the Grammies. And winning. This, to me, is truly disgusting.

I don’t know how much that is since last week really, but I am down 7lbs from Christmas. Which is ok I suppose.
Not quite as much as I would have liked in over a month but obviously I haven’t been trying hard enough.
